AiBloggerBox (now BrightBox): Version 1.0.1 Release

Edit [May 31, 2009]: The instructions in this video are now out of date. In fact now it is easier than shown in the video to set BritghtBox up.

AiBloggerBox (now BrightBox) - now has been bug fixed and version 1.0.1 has been released. Version 1.1 is soon to be released as well.

Version 1.0.1 notes:
Version 1.0 released was found to be an incomplete release.
It would not have worked (It was different from the version
running on http://www.ai-projects.info). Sorry about that.

Here are some updates on this version (from the correct V.1.0).
- Using addEventListener to add events so that this does
not kill all other mousedown and keypress events on the
document
- Added a check to see if onblur is set on the link element;
this would improve hit rate - no/low false positives. Meaning
it will not kill your other image links

Here is a quick video on how to set this up.

    I downloaded stuff, put everything on server and when i add image i can see only this loader gif, no photos. Do you have any ideas whats wrong?

    image which isnt on blogger server works perfectly

    Hey kejsper,

    I checked the link. The images in the blogger server take a little longer to load...otherwise the image comes up as expected.

    Edit: Actually it seems a rather odd problem, on rechecking - I can't reproduce the problem when I save the page to my computer. It has something to do with browser caching. The first time you click the image - you may only see the loading image. If you let it stay for sometime, and then reclick the image - it acts normally. I'll look into it...seems odd however.

    I dont know how I missed your answer.

    I tried the script with pictures from other servers and it worked properly, but when I upload photo to blogger server I can only see this loading image. I checked what you said and after reclicking it's still just loading image :(

    Whats the difference in the blogger server or any other one? is there any? its really weird for me :(
