After some thought, project Wafer has been put on hold and Guardian is underway. This weekend is going to be a little tough due to an assignment due in a couple of hours, 1 exam and 1 quiz coming up next week.

But I want to get this rolling. Let me hope, I balance the time well. Here we take step 1.

Just as a sneak peek on Guardian - a php based security system for user authentication and authorization. Well, it may not be a peek... thats what Guardian aims to be. When version 0.1 is ready, I'll run it through some public testing...hopefully, i can find enough people interested in testing it.

I realize there are many such systems out there...but when its out we'll see whats different about it

The design methodology is an ad hoc mix (may be i should say partial understanding) based on agile development methodology. Well, there are two other goals, probably applicable to all projects I do - learn and have fun. I hope I get a better understanding of and experience in the design, development, testing, release, and support process as a whole from this.
